Return and Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations are generally not available once files have been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help. I am committed to ensuring customers receive the files they purchased and can access them successfully.
If a file is found to be defective, corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from its description, please contact me so that I can provide assistance, a replacement file, or another appropriate solution.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, for digital products supplied electronically, this right ends once the download or access to the digital content begins, provided that:
- You have expressly consented to immediate access to the digital content; and
- You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or download begins.
By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the files, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends at that point.
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.
Where a valid withdrawal request is received before the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days.
