Item download was instant, instructions were perfect & has enabled me to create some perfect packaging using my Cricut. Haven't used the bookmark template itself yet as waiting on materials but also looks perfect! Many thanks.

What I appreciate most about patronizing this shop is the customer service. She recognizes return customers and freely offers her assistance and encouragement. This particular project was easy to upload and cut. The directions for assembly were clear and concise. I was very pleased to present the bookmarks as gifts for my friends.

Ria is always so wonderful to deal with and gave a great suggestion re what type of self adhesive magnetic sheets I could use. I've cut many out already. They are so fun to make!
